Thank you, there is a progressive plan of infrastructure being delivere, and I'm pleased that you are looking forward to the new development. We are always looking for feedback on new routes, so please don't hesitate to contact us in the future.
This is finishing today, I've already contributed: https://new-practice.co.uk/waiting-to-happen. No idea how effective it will be. There are also some ongoing council consultations about possible changes to roads and active travel infrastructure in areas around Scotstoun/Whiteinch/Yoker that could result in safer and quieter local areas, but only if the people making the decisions are brave enough to deal with the extreme levels of abuse they'll get for it. Closing a rat-run is treated as a crime against humanity by most drivers and we've already seen arson attacks and various other types of vandalism when similar things have been done elsewhere in the UK. The problem with most road safety initatives is that they don't actually tackle the real source of almost all danger: bad drivers. Telling children to be more careful crossing the road isn't going to help them when someone playing with their phone drives into them on the pavement.
There is a school zone at the end of my street but I don't feel it's effective. When I am commuting by bike at the same time as school pick up/drop off the amount of double parking, vehicle idling and other unsafe and inconsiderate behaviours exhibited by drivers dropping off kids is shocking.
Thumbs up to Slow Down. This is an important message to get out there, particularly in built up areas where there could be more children around.
Junior Road Safety Officers. This is a great initiative as teaching children road safety is crucial, especially as roads get busier.
Not "aware" of any as such but sure there are some! Not driving means I'm not particularly aware of what limits etc there are. Regardless, given many drivers complete disregard for my safety when I'm both cycling and on foot, I imagine they're not as effective as we'd like!
New segregated cycle paths have been created next to where I live which has been great however they aren’t respected by many car drivers who make illegal turns across the cycle lane at junctions, park on the cycle path, and drive across it / reverse across it without checking to get access to houses on the other side.

Believe there are programmes in schools and public campaigns aimed at the human element in most incidents
